Erin Peer, NP

Nurse Practitioner located in Fort Wayne, IN

About Erin Peer, NP

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Erin attended Purdue University, Ft. Wayne and received her Associate degree in Nursing. From there, she attended St. Francis University and obtained her Master of Science degree in 2015. Upon graduation, she worked in family care, integrative medicine, pediatrics and primary care in Ft. Wayne, which is why she looks familiar to some of our patients. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Erin has extensive knowledge of the nursing field, both as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Francis University and as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Here at Ft. Wayne Integrative Medicine, her focus will include primary care, integrative medicine and chronic care management, just to name a few. Having worked in both a university setting and family practice, it has given her a broader perspective when treating her patients.

Erin has felt there was much more to medicine than spending 10 minutes with a patient and treating their issues with medicine. This allows her patients to feel they are being heard and not rushed due to time constraints. What she enjoys most is when her patients improve and see positive results.

Erin’s style is built on her personal approach to each patient, by partnering with the patient, holistically looking at the patient and understanding their individual needs

Hobbies & Interests

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, friends, camping, feeding her chickens and cats, being outdoors and needlework. Join us in welcoming Erin!
