At Fort Wayne Primary Care Medicine, we are committed to providing quality care courteously and professionally with the highest ethical standards.

We offer primary care patients an annual exam that will give a weight and height check, blood pressure screening, vitamin and nutrient screening, discussion about necessary immunizations and health screenings such as a mammogram, cholesterol, colon screening, diabetes blood glucose screening, and any changes in the patient’s health.

The practice offers treatment protocols such as hormone balancing for both men and women (bioidentical pellets, creams etc.), Weight Loss programs, I.V. Infusion therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, and Alpha-Stim® therapy.

In addition to offering primary care medicine, our patients have the convenience of an on-site laboratory (PathLabs) for urine, blood, or other testing. In addition, there is an on-site Massage Therapist for scheduling (260) 239-2152
